The Ten-day Cleanse Adventure
As mentioned in Part One of this series, I would never promote a product without first trying it myself. Now that I’ve tried Orenda, I’m recommending the company to those looking for a natural product to support health goals.

I approached the ten-day cleanse as an explorer on a fascinating adventure. I was searching for viable health improvement options for the Lifestyle 120 community. Like with any adventure, it’s advantageous to set yourself up for success. One week before I began, I purchased my Orenda products; and one day before, I shopped for the groceries I would need for the first three days. I found myself full of anticipation—expecting to gain something valuable from this experience.
With any weight-loss program, it’s imperative that you have plenty of freshly prepared food on hand and that you know exactly what you’re going to eat throughout the day. If you’re not prepared, you may be tempted to stray from your commitment.

Prepping for the Ten-day Cleanse
Here’s what I had on hand during the cleanse:
- Fresh mixed green salad
- Fresh vegetable medley
- Fresh soup
- Whole fruit
- Water, water, water!
- Herb tea
- Beans and peas
- Nuts and seeds
- Orenda Clean
- Orenda Burn
- Orenda Shape Shake
For simplicity, the protocol is the same each day. You eat three delicious meals and enjoy one snack and a shake. The Orenda Shape Shake, a tasty meal replacement, is chock full of essential vitamins and minerals. You’ll be surprised how easy and manageable the program is!
The program requires fresh, whole meals. I know. If you’re not used to preparing your own meals, expect a time commitment, but the benefits will be astronomical! Plan wisely. Cook once—eat thrice! Sample Lifestyle 120 recipes will be provided in Part Three.
If possible, stay close to home on the first day of the cleanse. Since this is a detoxification program, you may be peeing a lot! Take advantage of your me-time. It’s a great opportunity to do some inner work. Go for a stroll, meditate, establish personal intentions, etc.
