Cinchy Savory Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broth your choice; one 16-ounce container
  • 2 cups pumpkin one 16-ounce container
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter if using vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch cardamom

Servings:

4

  1. Place ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer to pot and heat on low.
  3. Serve warm.
