Heavenly Rutabaga Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1  large  rutabaga peeled
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Servings:

  1. Cut rutabaga into large chunks and shred in the food processor.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add other ingredients. Thoroughly mix.
  3. Serve as a side to your main course, soup or salad.
