Aha Moments: A Few Reflections on Wellness

Spring is the time to roll away the stone that has kept those dreams locked up and resurrect your most passionate desires. Once you become clear about your intention, write a plan and commit to working toward your dream. Keep your dream alive by scheduling time weekly to work on it. And regularly celebrate the progress you’ve made. You will be amazed how everything will begin to fall into place. When you determine what it is you want to accomplish and begin moving forward, the universe will step in and offer opportunities to support your decision. Don’t give up on your dream.

You may be thinking it’s too late to pursue your dream. Or, that you don’t have what it takes. NO! Stop the negative, mindless chatter. Take a hard look at where you are right now. You are on time to make your first move. Your life experiences have prepared you for the challenges that lie ahead. You are stronger and better equipped to pursue your passions than you have ever been before. Remember, you are on this journey to learn, grow and be all you can be. How can you be all you can be, if you don’t pursue your dreams today? So, if you need a reason to begin, the season is the reason.
