Seven Elements For A Balanced Life

We’re already into the fourth week of January.  Have you been thinking about what you want 2021 to look like?  These are challenging times, and because I want to inspire you to live a more fulfilling life, our posts this year will focus on ways for you to experience positive transformation.  Let’s begin with your energy level.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to spring out of bed each morning and face the day with boundless energy?  What steps can you begin taking right now to show up as your best self?

I have discovered that in order to live my best life, seven elements that comprise everyday living must be balanced.  

What are the seven lifestyle elements?  

1) Preparing wholesome, vitamin-rich meals
2) Getting restorative sleep
3) Establishing a regular workout routine
4) Creating a toxic-free home environment
5) Nurturing meaningful relationships
6) Committing to a life of service
7) Pursuing your dreams

Do you want to experience optimal health?  When these seven lifestyle components are in sync and when you nourish a deeper connection to spirit and the world around you, you will be an unstoppable force of nature!

If you want to jump start your energy level, I encourage you to take a critical look at all aspects of your life and begin to make changes that will lead to a more authentic you!

Four Action Steps to Nourish, Transform and Flourish
• Set a loving intention to explore ways to live a more harmonious life.
• Begin by deciding which of the seven everyday lifestyle elements need your attention.
• How will these elements improve the quality of life?  For example, how will nurturing meaningful relationships make your life richer and more fulfilling?
• Close your eyes and visualize how these lifestyle changes can prepare you for your amazing second half.
