Luscious Radish Slaw


  • 20-24 large red radishes tops removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper




  1. Shred radishes in food processor.
  2. Transfer shredded radishes including the juice to mixing bowl and add other ingredients.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Serve as a side to your main course.
