4 medium beets (peeled and steamed)
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1.	Place all ingredients in the food processor, and using the s-blade, blend until smooth.
2.	Enjoy with celery sticks and seed crackers.
