  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon coconut nectar
  • pinch black pepper




  1. Heat the coconut milk.
  2. In a separate cup, combine the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, black pepper and coconut nectar with a few drops of water to form a paste.
  3. Add the heated coconut milk and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Enjoy right before bedtime.
