Zesty Cranberry Relish


  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 dash ground clove
  • 1 dash ground ginger




  1. Place cranberries in food processor and chop until slightly chunky.
  2. Transfer to mixing bowl and add other ingredients.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Serve as a side to your main course.
